Harrah’s Philadelphia cancels Thursday races

CHESTER, PA — The Thursday’s (Sept. 23) harness racing program at Harrah’s Philadelphia has been canceled due to heavy rain in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Live racing is slated to resume at Harrah’s Philadelphia on Friday (Sept. 24); post time is 12:25 p.m. EDT.
