Harness racing hits Roxburgh again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 12:20pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

Changearound (7) Quick beginner suited to the tight turning track. Hard to beat if she leads
Nyla (4) Unlucky last start running on late when clear. Winning claims at longer odds
Follow Me Fantasy (2) Freshened and trialing ok. Not the worst in this field. Include

Race 2

Peaky Lou (6) Begins ok and could be hard to catch around this track Needed here
Contessa’s Pride (7) Second two starts ago was good. Manners the only concern
Brianna (3) Last start fourth was good and she stepped cleanly. Place hope here

Race 3

Sophie (3) Impressive run for second last start and looks hard to beat around this track
A Major Starr (1) Should race handy. Winning claims from the draw at longer odds
B Smart (9) Conditions suit and should get a run through early. Can surprise with the right trip

Race 4

Lou’s Dream (2) Coming in fresh and trainer gets them running on debut. Needed here
The Vicar Of Dibley (8) Good trailing draw and this field is weaker. Good winning claims in this
Tuneinsportsfans (6) Big drop in class and top driver booked. Should give a good account 

Race 5

Wattlebank Arnie (1) Will look to stay handy from the draw and has the speed to be competitive.
Fitzthebill (9) He should get a run from the draw and driver in good form. Can surprise at longer odds.
I’m Watching You (8) Drawn to follow the leader and can go a good race in the right mood. Include

Race 6

McLean (2) Underrated pacer who will get a good run near the speed. Hard to beat here
Tisbury Rocks (8) Trailing draw and has improved. Can win with gaps in the run home
The Cobbler (1) Likely to get a good run on the fence. Track suits and will be running on

Race 7

Feelthejoy (1) Decent draw and getting better with racing. One of the major players in this field
Mr McLaren (8) Has a good trailing draw and should be close to running top three here. Needed
Arnies Army (9) Has been unlucky but will be running on in this. Another with top three claims

Race 8

Heisenberg (7) Drops back from racing better fields. Looks hard to beat with a good run in transit
Invitation Only (5) In top form and stand no issues. Will stay better than most in this. Needed
Better’s Tart (6) Up in grade but has quite a bit of speed. Can run a cheeky race against this field

Race 9

Missalyssa (12) Tight track will aid her chances and she looks a big hope if she can find the front. Inlcude
Majestic Rollon (11) Manners a big concern but has a big motor. Has won on the track in the past.
Maui (13) Racing ok but has been getting back in the running. Chance if he lands a bit closer.

Race 10

Casino Action (6) Plenty of ability and has gate speed. Can go close here with a quick beginning
Nutcracker (5) Has the speed to be hard to beat if she gets a run to suit. One of the better chances
The Coalman (7) Tricky draw but racing well and trainer usually gets a win at Roxburgh. Has claims
