Miss Rockadali (Dali) returned from a two-week break to win a second consecutive Fillies and Mares Preferred Handicap, this time at The Raceway at the Western Fair District on Monday (Jan. 9).
The harness racing mare did it from the front, shooting out from post six for Tyler Borth to lead in a :28 opening panel. She cut a :57.3 half and warred to three-quarters in 1:27 with So Frisky (Colin Kelly). The leader edged away again on the final turn and held her three-quarter-length margin to the end to score in 1:56.3. So Frisky came home second. Top Royal (Brett MacDonald) was third.

It was Miss Rockadaliās 31st lifetime win in her 161st start. Clifford McGuire trains the eight-year-old for Nancy McGuire of Belle River. The mare has earned $293,731 in her career.
