Down Under Winners from North America – 16th May

The Bettor’s Delight harness racing gelding Bad To The Bone NZ led from end-to-end to win an $18,500 race in 1:50.6 at Pocono Downs, Pennsylvania on Saturday (May 13). He zipped home in 26.6 to score by 1-1/4 lengths.

BAD TO THE BONE N REPLAY

Three Anzac pacers took sub 1:50 records in North America last week. Jilliby Dynamite (Captaintreacherous), a five-year-old gelding bred by the Craven family in Victoria, hoisted a fresh lifetime mark of 1:49.8 at The Meadowlands.

While Burnham Boy NZ (Bettor’s Delight) clocked 1:49.8 winning at Harrah’s Philadelphia and Samhara NZ 1:50 at Pocono Downs.
