In The Spotlight N had plenty in the tank

In The Spotlight N (Bettor’s Delight) and harness racing driver Tyler Miller won the $12,000 featured fillies & mares pace on Friday (June 28) at Tioga Downs.

In The Spotlight N ($15.00) went straight to the lead and led to the quarter in :27.2.  She slowed things down with a :30.0 second quarter and was first to the half in :57.2.  She remained in the lead to three-quarters in 1:24.3.

As they made the turn for home second place finisher Oaxacan Dream N (Braten Boyd) came first-over and came all out after the leader.  In The Spotlight N had plenty in the tank and won easily in1:52.1.  Hurrikane Lady Lou (Jim Pantaleano) finished third.

In The Spotlight N Is a 6-year-old mare is owned by Pollack Racing Stable and trained by Jeff Cullipher.  It was her second win this season.  She now owns 7 career victories.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT N REPLAY

Braxten Boyd drove three winners on the card.  Tyler Miller and Mike Merton each had driving doubles.  Jeff Cullipher had a training double.
