Captaintreacherous colt smashes the clock in $130,000 final

Emma Stewart gets her first training win of the night after The Lost Storm (Captaintreacherous) crushed his harness racing opposition by an incredible 36.7 metres in the $130,000 Vicbred Super Series final for 2yo Colts & Geldings at Tabcorp Park Melton tonight (Dec 31).

The Lost Storm and driver Mark Pitt sat parked for the last lap and simply ran away from his rivals in the straight in a scintillating 1:52.2 mile rate for the 2240m event.

Emma Stewart trained the first four home in the race after Perfect Class ran second followed by Don Hugo and Hestheonetowatch.
