Ton up for Auckland Reactor

When the two-year-old Mister Reactor cleared novice ranks at Albion Park in 1:56.4 recently, he became the 100th individual winner this season in Australia for his sire Auckland Reactor.

His stock has won $1.63 million in stakes.

Speedy Eadie, one of 13 three-year-old winners sired by Auckland Reactor this year, won her second race in a career-best 1:56.6 at Bendigo.

Other fast Auckland Reactor winners have been Reactor Factor (1:53.7), who notched his seventh success at Maryborough, Shanks For Coming (1:54.9, Newcastle) and the Charlton winner Our Classie Reactor NZ (1:56.8), who has now won four of his seven starts on Australian soil.

Auckland Reactor has also been represented by 36 winners and progeny earnings of $657,565 in New Zealand this season and 13 winners in North America and $452,689 in stakes.

Auckland Reactor, a $1.7 million winning son of Mach Three and a member of the dominant Direct Scooter sire line, stands at St Fort Stud, Moama (NSW), of Tony Peacock.
