Norris Rogers, who enjoyed a driving triple on the program, mapped out the winning trip for owners Russell and & Karen Noonan and Noonan Holdings Ltd. Hughie Murphy is the trainer. Oh To Be Me (Gary Chappell) closed hard to grab second while Carrera Angel held on for third.
Rogers also scored with Lucky Encounter for trainer Dale Sobey and his owner Jeff Ferrish, Summerside, PE while Lloyd Hannah trainee Gigolos Pride started the inning roll in race 4.
Corey MacPherson and Jason Hughes had driving doubles on the card. MacPherson's two winners capped off a six win performance between Summerside and Charlottetown tracks this weekend.
