Kwik Talkin rose to the final top class contest of the harness racing season at Georgian Downs on Tuesday and vaulted off a second-over trip to victory.
Starting fourth in the group of five, Kwik Talkin stayed patient for the first two splits, timed in :27.1 and :56.2. Travis Henry right-lined the Well Said stallion second over in the third panel, following Pedro Hanover (Colin Kelly) to three-quarters in 1:23.4.
With his cover quickly stopping, Kwik Talkin kicked three-wide, stepped around the classās Aug. 17 winner Moneyman Hill (Jean Rene Plante), and cruised to the 1:52.4 score. Pretty Handsome (J. Bradley Harris) chased him quickly but was a length short at the finish. Moneyman Hill dropped to third.
Kwik Talkin had the highest odds of the group, paying $19.30 to win.

The six-year-old stallion has won 16 times and has earned $224,073 in his 67-start career. Amanda Fine oversees the stallion for Scott and Lisa Henry of Odessa.
Shezis A Beauty broke her maiden in the cardās only Prospect Series race, a fourth leg contest for two-year-old filly pacers. She allowed one foe by her in the first quarter but quickly retook the lead and stayed in front for the remainder, opening up down the stretch to a four-and-three-quarter-length win. Henry also piloted the daughter of Sportswriter, who earned her first victory in 1:56.1 after five tries at Mohawk Park. Gerard Demers trains her for Les Ecuries GLD Inc. of Dundas and Jean Roch Marois of St-Joachim-De-Shefford.
