Yearling sets European record at Arqana-Trot Sale

Through the first two Arqana-Trot Select Yearling Sale sessions at Deauville 339 harness racing yearlings have been offered with 218 sold (64.3%) for an average of 40,500€. The gross sales total is 8,829,000€ with 17 exceeding 100,000€ led by the spectacular 740,000€ Nodessa Josselyn (filly by Ready Cash-Belina Josselyn-Love You) that went to Vincent Martens/SRF Stables Malta.

Martens will reportedly train this filly, shown below with her great pedigree. This a European yearling record. One more session is set for Friday with 141 lots on the schedule.

The other 100€k toppers follow in lot number order and include seven by the deceased Ready Cash and two by his champion son Face Time Bourbon, two by Italiano Vero and Follow You.
