Isoard Vedaquais is back a winner

Izoard Vedaquais (5m Bird Parker-Dokha Vedaquais) was an impressive harness racing winner Tuesday (Oct. 24) of the Prix Isara at Paris-Vincennes in France (purse 59,000€, 2850 meters for 4–10-year-olds, 14 starters) timed in 1.13.1lr with Benjamin Rochard aboard.

Philippe Allaire owns and trains the winner that J.P. Guay bred. He now posts 16 wins in 31 career starts for 734,550€ earned. His previous victory was in June of 2022.

The 1.7/1 odds second favorite defeated 1.4/1 favorite Ganay de Banville (7g Jasmin de Fiore-Anais de Banville) with trainer/driver Jean Michel Bazire aboard for Ecurie Valliere Racing. Hussan de Landret (6m Bird Parker) was third at 11/1 for owner/trainer/driver Benoit Robin.

On the undercard the 5/1 Hopium (6g Pim Quick-Belle Intention) took the monte Prix Chryseis (purse 60,000€, 2175 meters, 11 starters) timed in 1.12.6kr with jockey Alexandre Abrivard in the irons for trainer Banjamin Gietz and owner Philippe Carillon. This winner now has six wins in 48 outings for 185,300€ earned.

Imperatrice d’Elle (6f Boccador de Simm) was second at 12/1 for Paul Philippe Ploquin and 5.3/1 Hilyrose d’Icelea (6f Quopeck) captured third for Mathieu Mottier, her jockey.
