Select European Yearling Sale catalogue online

Taking place on Tuesday 27 August 2024, the first edition of the Select European Yearling Sale will take place at the Elie de Brignac Complex at Deauville in France. In partnership with the Scandinavian Selected Sales, the harness racing sale will kick-off the highlight of the year, the Select Yearling Sales.

A total of 95 yearlings by the best stallions worldwide are catalogued including MAHARAJAH, the leading sire in Sweden and Italy, that will be represented by eight lots, as well as the top Swedish stallion READLY EXPRESS (four lots), that won the Prix d’Amérique and has notably produced CALGARY GAMES, that also has his first crop on offer, with seven lots catalogued.  Four yearlings by the champion VARENNE, the leading sire in Italy for a number of years, will also go under the hammer.

Also on offer are eight lots by FATHER PATRICK, the sire of the Swedish sensation FRANCESCO ZET, as well as GREENSHOE that will be represented by three yearlings. CHAPTER SEVEN will have two of his offspring go under the hammer, with sire having notably produced JOVIALITY, that has won more than €2 million in earnings, as well as Breeders’ Crown winner GIMPANZEE, who will be represented by one yearling from his first crop.

Among the other yearlings catalogued, three lots are by the chef de race MUSCLE HILL, the leading sire in the United States that has produced TACTICAL LANDING, the sire of the current best American two-year-old KARL, will have 11 yearlings on offer.

On the French side, the late chef de race READY CASH will be represented by one filly as well as by his sons including the champion FACE TIME BOURBON that has six colts catalogued, and BOLD EAGLE (1 lot). The very in demand LOVE YOU will have four yearlings including two fillies that will go under the hammer.
