Verdon WF wins the PR Gran Premio di Treviso

Verdon WF (9m Raja Mirchi-Inghilterra OM-Lemon Dra) went to the front for Giampaolo Minnucci and held bravely at 5/1 odds to capture the 35,200€ purse Gran Premio di Treviso timed in 1.11.7kr over the 1609 meters autostart course.

The victory pushed the winner’s life earnngs to more than 206,000€. The 1.9/1 favorite Archille BLV (7m Ganymede-Isadora dei Fiori) was a close second for Enrico Bellei with 13.2/1 Vincero’ Gar (9m SJs Photo-Lady Killer Gar) home third. 41.9/1 Zola Key was fourth and 7.7/1 Bonneville Gifont completed the top five.

On October 8^th at Roma will be the Italiano del Trotto and Oaks del Trotto Gr. I Finals and the Consolations with the fields shown below. The Finals promise to be superb contests.
