Vivid Wise AS wins 200,000€ Prix de L’Atlantique

Vivid Wise AS (8m Yankee Glide-Temple Blue Chip) rallied late to win Saturday’s Enghien featured Gr. I Prix de L’Atlantique in France (purse 200,000€, 2150 meters autostart) at 1.2/1 odds for reinsman Matthieu Abrivard, trainer Alessandro Gocciadoro and owner Scuderia Bivans Srl.

Viivd secured his 10th win in France, and he now sports 2,024,703€ in career earnings. The 2022 Elitloppet invitee was timed in 1.11.7kr over an off track.

The 1.3/1 Etonnant (8m Timoko-Migraine), also invited to the Elitloppet, was a game second with Anthony Barrier up for trainer/owner Richard Westerink. 10/1 Delia du Pommereux (9f Niky-Noune du Pommereux) took third for pilot David Thomain, trainer Sylvain Roger and owner Noel Lolic. Alcoy, Feydeau Seven, Callmethebreeze and Express Jet completed the top seven.

The Prix de Tonnac-Villeneuve (Gr. II, purse 120,000€, 2875 meters, four year olds) highlighted the undercard. Here the 2.3/1 odds Idao de Tillard (4m Severino-America de Tillard) scored timed in 1.12.5kr. Clement Duvaldestin teamed the now 11-time career winner of 415,130€ that is trained by Thierry Duvaldestin.

The 6/10 favorite Izoard Vedaquais (4m Bird Parker) rallied back on the pegs to make it close for driver Eric Raffin and trainer/owner Philippe Allaire. Third home was 46/1 Invictus Madiba (4m Booster Winner) for Adrien Lamy and trainer Tomas Malmqvist.
