Race replays of the week

On North American harness racing tracks it’s all about speed over a mile trip, in Australia it’s a mix of both standing start and mobile features across a range of track sizes, in New Zealand it could be about an extreme two-mile contest or a grass track race featuring non-race winners and in Europe the champion trotter is celebrated as a king of the track.

In Harnesslink Race Replays of the Week we bring you a snapshot into the very best contests from around the harness racing tracks of the world.

USA REPLAY 

Nicolle Kain continues to cover Monticello Raceway action for us here at Harnesslink. One of the highlights of the racing last week coming in the form of Reigning Deo (Rock N Roll Heaven, Michael Merton) who took out the Open pace on Tuesday afternoon.  Reigning Deo shrugged off late challengers to get the victory in 1:55.1

CANADIAN REPLAY 

Tells On A Roll is certainly on one at the moment. The daughter of Tellitlikeitis is on a winning streak with Nicholas Barnsdale covering her Fillies and Mares Preferred victory at Woodbine Mohawk Park on Friday. The front running display, and emphatic 6-length victory coming up, against good company, in a great time of 1:51.1.  You can watch the impressive display below.

NEW ZEALAND REPLAY 

Bruce Stewart covered an impressive Ruby Roe and her Wairio victory on Sunday. The daughter of Captaintreacherous taking out the Macca Lodge/Nevele R Southern Oaks Series heat on the card from the favourite All You Need Is Me. The 1.55.8 win was the third victory at start #4.
