On North American harness racing tracks it’s all about speed over a mile trip, in Australia it’s a mix of both standing start and mobile features across a range of track sizes, in New Zealand it could be about an extreme two-mile contest or a grass track race featuring non-race winners and in Europe the champion trotter is celebrated as a king of the track.

AMERICAN FEATURE

The performance of Blue Ivy at MGM Northfiled Park caught the eye last week with a 51st win of her career coming up in their feature on Saturday. You can watch the action below.

CANADIAN FEATURE 

Nicholas Barnsdale reported on the continued winning streak of Outlaw C My Shadow on Friday last week with the seemingly unbeatable type bringing up his 11th win in a row ni the Open Pace event with a win at big Fraser Downs. Watch the flying Outlaw here.

NEW ZEALAND FEATURE 

Bruce Stewart reported on the competitive action from Diamonds Day at Invercargill on Sunday. The most impressive win of the day arguably coming from Treacherous Gall who sustained a late bid in the Southland Oaks final to snare the top prize.
