While in Europe, the Love You gelding Vernissage Grif sat parked throughout in winning the Group 1 660,000 euros Gran Premio Lotteria at Naples, Italy for the second straight year in a new race record of 1:52 for the mile.

Kivici, a son of Inter Dominion-winning sire Orlando Vici, became his sireās 20th winner from only 23 starters when he outsprinted his opposition a Bendigo at his second appearance this season.
Meanwhile, Lucky Charm is carrying the flag for her sire Used To Me in Western Australia, notching her third success at Pinjarra. Used To Me has left 23 individual winners from 41 starters in Australia.
