Harness racing hits Auckland again today with 10 races on the card . The racing starts at 3:13pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Best Bet:  R2  Frisco Bay

Best Value:  R5  Fearless

Race 1

Hillbilly (2) Has been breaking but good enough to go close. Can run top three with manners
Love Me Sharp (4) On debut with ok trial form. Stable goes ok with its first starters. Needed
Rewiri Hill (6) Getting better with racing and notable driver change for this. Winning claims

Race 2

Frisco Bay (8) Easier here and has quick speed when held for one run. Has to be included in this
Always B Stunning (4) Has early speed to be one of the leaders and will be fitter. Needed here
Colonel Lincoln (3) Improver from his last start and drawn to be one of the major players in this.

Race 3

Debbie Lincoln (8) Wide draw but improving and a good run expected with a cart into the race
Lincoln Lou (5) Top run last start and a deserved favourite in this. Should give a good account
Kevin Kline (6) Fought on ok last start. Can sneak into the top three with a good run in transit

Race 4

Invisible (7) Wide draw but loves the shorter distance and unlucky last start. Will be flying home
Sugar Ray Lincoln (1) Has gate speed and goes well the track. Should give a sight from the ace
Rough And Ready (8) Driver change for this but wide draw hurts.  Place hope with a cart into it

Race 5

Fearless (9) Good win two starts ago and top driver booked. Chance here at longer odds. Needed
Halberg (7) Has a tidy run of form going and well placed here. Good each way chance again
Magic Dash (12) Will be fitter after last start. Suited by the extra distance and is a top three chance

Race 6

Mr Kaplan (7) Good against a similar field last start. Hard to beat against this lot if she goes forward
Treacherous Gall (8) Tricky draw but has good gate speed. Winning claims if she can find the front
Seaclusion (9) Not the ideal draw with her gate speed but has a good finish. Top three claims here

Race 7

Oscar Bonavena (3) Gate speed to lead and in winning form. Should run top two with his ability
Muscle Mountain (4) Wide draw and a chance of beating the favourite. Tactics will be interesting
Virginia Clowers (1) Best draw but hard to see her beating the two hotpots. Place claims here

Race 8

The Surfer (8) Better run last start and has gate speed. Still improving but a good chance here
Twista (6) Out of form but the motor is there. At his best would threaten. Worth an each way
Fernetti (11) Won here in similar conditions two starts ago. Top three chance with a good trip

Race 9

Jolimont (2) Getting better with racing and distance suits. Start crucial but can win with manners
Better Eclipse (3) Won this race easily last year. Likes the track and one of the better chances
Merlin (7) Disappointing last start. Not sure 3200m suits but has to be included. Hard to beat

Race 10

Romeo Foxtrot (2) Is racing in career best form. Drawn well and looks a good bet. Needed
Regal Girl (7) Wide draw but better than most in this field. Has to be respected in this field
Sunset Hill (5) Has a good sprint when saved for one run. Winning claims with a good trip
