Harness racing hits Rangiora again today with ten races on the card. The racing starts at 12:10pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

Bolzano (5) Going ok recently and distance suits. Should be thereabouts
Tommysonaroll (6) Has been disappointing but could be the early leader here. Include
No Gee Ess Tee (1) Likely to get a cosy run on the pegs. Could surprise at longer odds

Race 2

Eyre I Will (7) Getting better with racing and weaker field here. Good chance
Circus Circus (8) Tricky draw but racing well. Should run top three with manners
A Late Late Pressy (2) Running the odd cheeky race and drawn well. Good place chance

Race 3

Aardiebytheseaside (4) Likely to go forward early and trialled well. Top selection
Mystify Me (2) Ran well last start in a stronger field. Has the speed to compete here
Light Up The Fire (10) Disappointing fresh but better than that. Stick with

Race 4

Mandalay Bay (6) Has looked good at trials and trainer gets them ready. Top chance
Rocketman (1) Good beginner who will race handy. One of the better chances
Rapid Response (4) Getting better with racing and conditions suit. Can win

Race 5

Ginas Majesty (4) Good form and getting better with racing. Should be right in it
Tres Magnifique  (8) Has been racing well and usually a slick beginner. Include
Take Notice (9) Consistent and due a winning turn. One of the better chances in this

Race 6

Watching Our Coin (1) Worked hard and stuck well last start. Better draw will help here
Mossdale Mac (9) Has been racing better fields but tricky draw. Could surprise with luck
Alexis Rocket (10) Should get a cosy run on the fence and top driver booked. Not the worst

Race 7

Olive Cook (6) Hard run last start but has been racing well. One for longer odds
Rakanotta (2) Not disgraced last start and better draw here. Hard to beat here
Sweet Belle (7) Ok last start and this race suits. One of the better chances in this field

Race 8

Yankee Jay (6) Fast beginner who might be close to the speed here. Liked
Ned Kelly (3) Manners a concern but big on ability. Win chance with no mistakes
Kennedy (4) Might head forward to lead from the start. Chance at big odds

Race 9

Galleons Ambassador (1) Racing ok and ace draw helps. Good winning chance
Tom Brady (7) Impressive at recent trial and will be fitter. Can run top three
Ali Lindenny (9) Has nice stand start manners and trialled ok. Chance at longer odds

Race 10

Franco Stefan (2) Will go forward early and down in grade. Top selection in this
Westar Lad (1) Building some form and will get a soft fence run. Needed here
Endless Dreams (14) Terrible draw but has speed. Goes close with luck in transit
