Incaseyoudidntknow (Always B Miki) wired the harness racing field and won the $25,000 Mares Open Handicap Pace at Bally’s Dover on Wednesday night (Feb. 22).
Harness racing driver Jim Morand sent Incaseyoudidntknow to the top and did not look back. Incaseyoudidntknow sailed through race fractions of :26.3 to the quarter. The half was reached in :55.2 (:28.4).
Dewit For Josie (Jason Thompson) moved first over from 4th before the half. The 4/5 betting favorite Majorca N shadowed second over on the rim down the backstretch.
Incaseyoudidntknow was in cruise control reaching the three quarters in 1:23.2 and pacing the quarter in :28 seconds flat. Majorca N, flattened out nearing the three quarter pole. Jody became leg weary in the pocket.
Feeling Sweet closed well from a third over race position. Incaseyoudidntknow then drew off in the stretch and won in 1:51.4 by three quarters of a length. She paid $18.20 for the win.

Incaseyoudidntknow is owned by James Magno and Joseph Fonte from Maryland. Les Givens trains. Dewitt For Josie was second for trainer Mike Hall and Feeling Sweet finished third for trainer Joe Columbo. Pat Berry drove.
There are three exotic carryover pools to Thursday’s racing program. The pick 3 carry over is $1,553. That wager starts on the 4th race. The pick 5 carryover is worth $767 and begins on the 6th race. The Pentafecta carry over of $1,553 is available on the 13th and final race on the betting card.
