Big M hosting annual 30 & Under Handicapping Contest

East Rutherford, NJ – The Meadowlands is hosting its annual 30 & Under Handicapping contest this Saturday, May 20. The free handicapping contest is exclusively for harness racing fans between the ages of 18 and 30 and offers a $5,000 total prize pool, with prize payouts to the top five finishers. 

Fans may register up until 6:30 p.m. on the night of the contest at the Victory Terrace registration table. There is no entry fee.

The contest format requires players to make a mythical $2 “across the board” wager on one horse in races 2 – 11 at the Meadowlands. The winner is the contestant that amasses the largest mythical bankroll from their selections.

The prize payouts to the top five finishers are as follows:  
1^st – $2,000
2_nd – $1,500
3^rd – $1,000
4^th – $500

All contest participants will receive a free program, $10 betting voucher and treated to free BBQ from the Backyard BBQ & Grill.
