Monticello, NY—The 6-5 favorite Come Zoom With Me (Roll With Joe, Bruce Aldrich Jr) won the $4,900 harness racing fillies and mares pace at Monticello Raceway on Monday afternoon (Dec. 11).
Lady Warrior (Jim Taggart Jr) took the early lead, followed by Artfully Dealt (Kyle Dibenedetto) in second and Thinking Of A Card (Adam Moeykens) in third. They passed the first quarter mile in :28.3.
Lady Warrior had the lead by a length, followed by Artfully Dealt in the pocket spot in second. As they reached the half mile in :58.3, Come Zoom With Me was first-over, rushing to challenge Thinking Of A Card for third from the outside.
Come Zoom With Me battled Lady Warrior for the lead as they approached the three-quarter mile in 1:28. Artfully Dealt and Thinking Of A Card were fighting for third.
At the top of the stretch, Come Zoom With Me had taken the lead. Lady Jericho (Thomas Merton) looked to make a move from the outside. Come Zoom With Me took the win in 1:58.1. Princess Brisa (Michael Merton) crossed the wire second and Lady Jericho finished in third.

Come Zoom With Me is a 4-year-old mare owned by Gary Haas and trained by Laura Aldrich. She paid $4.40 to win.
Adam Moeykens had a driving double, Bruce Aldrich Jr had a driving triple, and Murray Bassen had a training double.
