Tioga Downs played host to several harness racing divisions of the WN Reynolds Memorial races on Friday (Sep. 23).
Texas Town (Huntsville-Tell The Truth) and driver Wally Hennessey went from last-to-first to captured the $56,500 Reynolds Memorial for 2-year-old colts & geldings (non-betting).

Texas Town scored the mile in a career best of 1:54.4. He is owned by Jerry Hoffman and trainer David Byer. It was his second career victory. To The Hunt (Mark MacDonald) was second as Boston Bound (Marcus Miller) finished third.
Light And Tight (American Ideal-Don’t Point At) and driver Tyler Buter went gate-to-wire to win the $37,900 first division for 2-year-old pacing fillies in a lifetime best of 1:53.

Turn On The Charm (Wally Hennessey) finished second. Doing Marvelous (Mark MacDonald) took home third money. Light And Tight is trained by R. Nifty Norman for owners the Pinske Stables and David Hoese. It was his second win in just four lifetime starts.

Rock My Socks (Boston Red Rocks-Kattimon) and driver Mike Merton scored his first career win in the $37,900 second division for 2-year-old pacing fillies in 1:53.2.

At The Hop (Jeff Gregory) drew second money. American Wisdom (Marcus Miller) finished third. Rock My Socks is owned by Rick Berks and trained by Jake Leamon. She paid $4.60 for the victory.

The Gruffalo (Chapter Seven-Clementine Dream) and driver Jack Gregory won the $31,650 first division for 2-year-old trotting colts & geldings in 1:57.0.

Met Your Request (Marcus Miller) finished second. Bumpy Jack (Aaron Byron) was third. The Gruffalo paid $3.60 for the win. He is owned by Racing Team Of America, Deena Frost, Emma Petterson, and trainer Mark Harder. It was his fifth win of the season.

You Got It (Chapter Seven -Tweet Me) and driver Tyler Buter was an upset winner in the $31,650 second division for 2-year-old trotting colts & geldings in a lifetime best of 1:57.3.

Unique Style (Mark MacDonald) was second best. Night Star (Marcus Miller) finished third. You Got it is owned by Allstar Stables LLC and trained by Noel Daley. The colt won for the fourth time this season and paid $21.00 for the win.

Instagram Model (Chapter Seven-Check Out Trixie) and driver Jeff Gregory cruised to an easy win in the $36,000 first division for 2-year-old trotting fillies in 1:56.0.

Saint Trixie (Wally Hennessey) was second with Pride N Joy (Tyler Buter) finishing third. Instagram Model is owned by R Lynn Curry and trained by Anne Stoebe. The filly paid $3.60 to win by winning her fifth race in six starts.

Sparkling Tile S (Face Time Bourbon-Riveting Rosie) and driver Ake Svanstedt charged late to capture the $36,000 second division for 2-year-old trotting fillies in 1:58.1.

Heaven Hanover (Wally Hennessey) finished second. Read The Book (Mark MacDonald) was third best. Sparkling Tile S is owned by Jordan Sparredal and trained by Svanstedt. The first-time winner paid a whopping $31.80 for the victory.
