The big news on the USTA fines and suspensions board this week belongs to harness racing trainer John Wyatt who did possess hypodermic needles and other instruments used for injection in his stabling area at Busy Bee Farm on two occasions.
He has been given by the New Jersey Racing Commission a fine of $2,000 and a one-year suspension. It was not known as of press time if the decision will be appealed.
