Boldena takes the Prix de Fumel at Enghien

Boldena (5f Qwerty-Jessie Jet) took today’s Prix de Fumel (monte, purse €52,000, 2875 meters, 12 entrants) at Enghien, France with Cedric Terry up.

Timed in 1.15.6lr the winner was off at 24/1 and defeated 7/1 Bjou (6g Ludo de Castelle-Noce Petteviniere) with Adrian Lamy in the irons. 23/1 V=Buesno del Campo was third for Clement Frecelle.

On Wednesday the Q+ was at Pontchateau for their Prix de la Ville de Pontchateau (purse €40,000, 2800 meters, 18 starters) with the 1.13.9kr clocked victory earned by 9/1 Uvinto (8g Invar-Nivanita) for owner/trainer/driver Christian Boisnard. 5/1 Ulula Bella (8f Jam Pridem-Nathalia Bella) rallied for second with Anthony Barrier at the lines for trainer/owner Jean-Paul Marmionj. 2.7/1Anoa (6g Coktail Jet-Nuit de Reve) closed for third with Eric Raffin teaming.

At Son Pardo (Spain) the 9/1 odds Union Blai (8m SJ’s Photo-Deninet Star) won the Premi Son Pardo (purse €6,000, 1650 meters autostart, 13 starters) clocked in 1.14.6kr.
