The diminutive world-record holder mare was injured while being prepared at Grobois and is now less likely to participate in the Prix d’Amerique 2016. Trainer Reden was reported as saying he would not rule out returning to North America in the future. The scratching leaves the Gr. II Bourbonnais a wide-open affair with Un Mec d’Heripre, Village Mystic and the 25 meter handicapped trio of Up and Quick, Texas Charm and Tiego d’Etang among the leaders. Moses Rob and Olmo Holz represent Italy and Spain’s Trebol are in the field.
