Harrah’s Philadelphia cancels Thursday card

CHESTER, PA — The 12-race harness racing card scheduled for Harrah's Philadelphia on Thursday afternoon has been cancelled, as snow started falling in the area midmorning and shows no sign of abating.

 

Racing is scheduled to return to Harrah's tomorrow (Friday), with a 13-race card starting at 12:25 p.m.
