The Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory (ARFL) has advised HRNSW that Chlorpheniramine and Desmethyl Chlorpheniramine have been detected in the urine sample taken from Illawong Armstrong following race 7, the Bulli HRC NSW Trotters Derby (GROUP 1) (2400 metres) conducted at Tabcorp Park Menangle on Saturday 30 May 2015.
The “B” sample has been confirmed by Racing Analytical Services LTD (RASL) in Victoria.
Trainer Ms J. Quinlan has been advised.
An Inquiry has been scheduled for 11am on Wednesday 30 September 2015.
Harness Racing NSW (HRNSW) is the controlling body for harness racing in New South Wales with responsibility for commercial and regulatory management of the industry including 31 racing clubs across the State.
HRNSW is headed by an industry-appointed Board of Directors and is independent of Government.
