The scholarships are awarded to the sons and daughters of New Jersey horsemen.
Scholarships, valued at a total distribution of $7,500, are for qualified students who plan to attend a two or four-year college or university, who are the son or daughter of a full-time participant in New Jersey harness racing or are themselves a full-time participant in New Jersey harness racing.
