Bets of the week ringaround August 2nd 2018

There are just the three harness meetings programmed in each week for the few weeks so it is the quietest period of the year for harness racing in New Zealand.

Several of our regular contributors are also away on holiday during this period so the ringaround page will possibly be a lot smaller than normal for the next few weeks. 

Waikato Bay Of Plenty Harness host a meeting tonight at Cambridge, while Addington hold the first round of the KPC Punters competition on Friday night.

Then the weekend harness racing heads to Forbury on Sunday.

Last week the biggest winning dividend in the ringaround selections went to Stephen Richardson who thought Tact Maggie could win at Addingon last Friday night.

Tact Maggie did win and paid $3.90 and $1.60 on the tote.

John Curtin – John thinks Sharnae would be a good winning chance at Addington in Race 4

John Morrison – John is going for Franco Hampton as his best drive this week at Addington in Race 7

Racechat – Lance thinks that Cullenburn is a good winning chance also at Addington in Race 7

Harnesslink Reporter – says Enchantee can go close to winning at Addington in Race 8

Ricky May – Ricky says Nirvana Beach is his best drive this week also in Race 8

Bob Butt – Bob is going for Prestonpans as his best chance this week in Race 11

Mark Jones – Mark thinks his best chance this week is The Bus at Albion Park in Race 1
