Haveitalltogether has it all together

Haveitalltogether (Chris Long) captured the $6,000 featured trot at Vernon Downs on Friday (June 11).

Spoiler Alert (Truman Gale) went straight to the front and was followed in the pocket by Haveitalltogether ($8.40).

Spoiler Alert led to the first quarter in :27.0. Double Dealing (Frank Affrunti) was the first to a make move challenging all the way down the back stretch. Spoiler Alert led to the half in :56.3. He shook off Double Dealing and easily led to three-quarters in 1:26.2.

As they reached the stretch Haveitalltogether popped out of the pocket and went all out and went by second place finisher Spoiler Alert in deep stretch to win in a seasonal best  time of 1:56.0.

Bet Big On Blue (Leon Bailey) came up to finish third.

HAVEITALLTOGETHER REPLAY

Haveitalltogether is a 6-year-old gelding by Cantab Hall. He is owned by Mark Taylor, Toby and Jennifer Russ as well as trainer Robyn Mangiardi. It was his second win this season. He now has 15 career victories.

John MacDonald drove three winners on the card. He teamed up to get two of his wins with trainer Stanley Zombick Jr. They won with Schwarber ($7.60) and Step Forward ($3.80). MacDonald’s other win came with Don’t Chip Me ($8.70).

Leon Bailey leads all drivers with 32 wins. Justin Huckabone is second on the list with 19 victories. John MacDonald finds himself in third with 18 trips to the winner’s circle. Jimmy Whittemore (15) and Chris Long (11) round out the top five.

Jeff Sorenson leads all trainers with 11 wins. Jessica Okusko, Justin Huckabone , and Bruce Lauer are tied for second with 10 wins a piece. Claude Huckabone is fifth best with eight training wins.

Vernon Downs returns to live racing on Saturday (June 12) with a 11-race card starting at 6:10 p.m.
