Burwood Stud flagship Changeover took the siring honours at Albion Park last Saturday night (June 12) with a winning double.

Islas Joy NZ, a six-year-old gelding by Changeover, led from end-to-end in a career-best 1:54.6, while With The Band NZ, a six-year-old mare, sat parked throughout before winning in 1:54.2. With The Band has now won 16 races and more than $110,000 in stakes.

Changeover also produced winning doubles at Addington, New Zealand and The Meadowlands, New Jersey last weekend.

Overarm and Reflectionsofmylife both won in 1:59 at Addington with the former winning by open lengths, while Franco Totem and Darkershadeofpale, a pair of ex-pat Kiwis, scored at the Big M in 1:50.2 and 1:51.8 respectively.

Changeover was also represented by two winners at Globe Derby Park in Jaccka Ted NZ (1:56.6) and the three-year-old Justanextragrand and the Redcliffe winner Which Hunt.

Changeover has sired 93 winners in Australia and NZ to date this year and they have amassed over $1.42 million in stakes.
