Topville Olivia was a mild upset in the second harness racing conditioned co-feature at Monticello Raceway on Apr. 19, sneaking out in the third quarter and motoring home.
Driver Brandon Parker slotted her into fourth early and followed through opening panels of :28.1 and :58.3. The outside flow started up going past the half, leaving Topville Olivia bottled up third on the rail. She snuck out going to three-quarters in 1:27.4 as second-over Metro Glide (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) backed up.
Topville Olivia loomed turning for home and slingshotted past the two leaders in late-stretch to win by a half length in 1:56.4. The New Americana (Justin Huckabone) was second, and Best American Chic (Raymond Vizzi) sustained her first-up challenge to take show. The winner paid $14.60.
