Three win group races at Vincennes

A trio of superb trots graced the Paris-Vincennes stage on May 28 starting with the Gr. III Prix du Crepuscle (purse 80,000€, 2100 meters autostart, European eligibles). Here the 5.6/1 odds Violetto Jet (7m From Above-Nocciolaia Jet) scored in 1.10.5kr with Franck Nivard teaming. The Fabrice Souloy trainee now has 11 career wins in 30 outings for 527,062€ earned. 16/1  Ids Boko (6g From Above) was a game second for Robin Bakker and trainer Paul Hagoort, with third to 1.2/1 favorite Detroit Castelets (8m Neoh Jiel) for pilot David Thomain and conditioner J.L. Dersoir.

Violetto Jet

In the Prix Phaeton (Sulky 4 Ans Qualifier 3, Gr. II for males, purse 100,000€, 2700 meters) the 1.9/1 favorite Hohneck (4m Royal Dream-Caranca) prevailed in 1.12kr for driver Franck Nivard and owner/trainer Philippe Allaire. Hohneck won for ninth time in 19 appearances now for 331,590€ in life earnings. The 8.8/1 Hermes Pat (4m Up And Quick-Testa Rossa Pat) was a close second for Gabriele Gelormini, trainer Maik Esper and Ecurie Quick Star. 11/1 Hokkaido Jiel (4m Brillantissime-Victory Jiel) landed third for P-Y Verva and trainer J.L. Dersoir.

Hohneck

Hirondelle Sibey (4f Gazouillis-Celina du Chatelet) captured the Prix Leguerney (Gr. II, purse 100,000€, Sulky 4 Ans Qualifer #4, females) for reinsman Eric Raffin, trainer J.M. Baudouin and Ecurie le Rivage. Race time was 1.12.8kr as the winner scored for her eighth victory in 23 starts now for 414,100€ earned. The 5/1 odds Heliade du Goutier (4f Prodigious-Voltige du Goutier) took second for Gabriele Gelormini, trainer Sebastien Guarato and Ecurie Saint Martin. The 2.1/1 Hanna des Molles (4f Village Mystic-Ultimate Jet) was third for Alexandre Abrivard and trainer L.Cl. Abrivard. 17/1 Havanaise (4f Ricimer) was fourth for Franck Nivard.
