Bolt Of Beauty (Marcus Miller) charged late in the race to capture the $9,000 Fillies and Mares Open Pace at Tioga Downs on Saturday (June 26).  Harness racing driver Wally Hennessey won four on the evening card.

Miss Irish Rose A (Larry Stalbaum) darted to the front and led to the first quarter in :26.4.  She went :28.2 in the second quarter to hit the half first in :54.2.  American Delight N (Wally Hennessey) made the first move heading for the last turn.  Miss Irish Rose A led to three-quarters in 1:22.1.

As they made the turn for home American Delight N took over the lead.  Bolt Of Beauty ($8.50) went three-wide down the stretch.  She motored right on by to win easily in a lifetime best of 1:51.0.  American Delight N held on for second.  Talk Show Chica (Corey Braden) came up to finish third.

Bolt Of Beauty is a 4-year-old mare by Bolt The Duer.  She is owned by Sarah Miller, Tenah Merah Farms and trainer Erv Miller.  It was her third straight open win at Tioga.  She has five wins this season and 12 career victories.
