HARRINGTON, DE – Harness racing driver Allan Davis achieved his 3,000th career win Tuesday at Harrington Raceway aboard Ronald Short’s Deedee Didit ($3.60).
Davis had four wins on the card, also guiding Tsimis ($10.20), Always Flashing A ($2.40) and Blue Carats ($3.20) to victory.
The milestone win for Davis came in the 10th race on the 15-race card, with a 12-length triumph from McArdle-sired Deedee Didit.
Davis, 45, is the defending driving champ at
Harrington and son of long-time Delaware driver champion Eddie Davis, who won over 8,000 career races.
Allan Davis is the current leader in the driver standings over Montrell Teague and Stafford Jr. Stafford Jr. joined Davis with a driving triple on the card.
Live racing resumes Monday September 6.
