Top Bathurst horseman Steve Turnbull has a strong team aimed at the Breeders Challenge heats in Parkes on Friday night.
The premiership-winning trainer has six horses engaged in the two qualifiers, starting with a two-pronged attack in the fillies heat (race five).
Turnbull will drive two-time winner Pas De Cheval while his son Mitch will drive his other filly Steph. In the colts and geldings qualifier (race six), Turnbull will drive the promising Allstarzzz Frankie.
The two-year-old has won three of his seven starts. Turnbullās other starters are last start winner Baxter Red, Bettor Keppel and Saint Veran.
Turnbullās children Mitch, Amanda and Nathan will take the drives on those pacers.
Trainer Bernie Hewitt also has six horses nominated across the two heats.
Hewitt had a memorable night at Bathurst on Wednesday winning four races.
Both Turnbull and Hewitt are amongst the top 10 trainers in New South Wales.
