On 3 November, 2021, at the County Court of Victoria an appeal against the convictions of Nathan Jack, Mark Pitt and Lisa Bartley at the Wodonga Magistrates’ Court on 7 September, 2018, concluded. 
After 23 days of hearing His Honour Judge Carmody determined Mr Jack and Ms Bartley had no case to answer, while the charge against Mr Pitt was dismissed.
Harness Racing Victoria will not make further comment regarding these proceedings at this time.
