Bad Julry winning for driver Anthony Barrier

The 78/1 odds Bad Julry (10g Prince Gede) took today’s 14th leg of the Gr. III Grand National du Trot Paris-Turf (purse 85,000€, 2900 meters distance handicap, national 5-10 year olds) timed in 1.13.8kr.

Harness racing driver Anthony Barrier teamed this Stephane Provoost trainee for Ecurie Danover to his 14th career victory, now for 351,500€ earned.

The 1.9/1 Gout Baroque (5m Offshore Dream) was second with Alexandre Abrivard up for trainer Thierry Raffegeau and owner J.Y. Roze. The 7/1 and 25 meter handicapped Clarck Sotho (9f Oiseaux de Feux) was home third handled by Matthieu Abrivard for breeder/owner/trainer Lois Bernard Martin.

Granvillaise Bleue and jockey Camille Levesque

Yesterday the Paris- Vincennes featured monte Gr. II Prix Edmond Henry (purse 100,000€, 2700 meters, European 5-6 year olds) went to rallying 3.5/1 odds Granvillaise Bleue (5f Jag de Bellouet-Lady de Brevol) with jockey Camille Levesque aboard for trainer Pierre Levesque and owner Marcel Gallier. The winner posted her sixth career victory now for 370,260€ earned.

The 6.5/1 Georgica Gede (5f Atlas de Joudes) took second for jockey Mathieu Mottier and trainer/owner Alexandre Pillon, with third to the 1.6/1 odds Freeman de Houelle (6m Vigove-Rafina de Houelle) for Eric Raffin and trainer Franck Leblanc.

The Prix de Montignac-Charente (purse 80,000€, 2700 meters, European 6-10 year olds, Gr. III) saw 18/1 Dexter Chatho (8g Un Amour d’Haufor-Okoyama) score in 1.14.6kr at Vincennes. Charles J. Bigeon teamed this Christian Bigeon owned and trainer campaigner that recorded his 13th career victory now for 458,050€ earned.

The 4.8/1 Fairplay d’Urzy (6m Ready Cash) was second for trainer/driver Jean-Michel Bazire. Third was 2.1/1 Delfino (8m Speedy Blue) for Mathieu Mottier.
