Gaitway Farm under attack from Township

MANALAPAN, NJ — December 21, 2021 — The Manalapan Township Committee is planning to redevelop Gaitway Training Center and Farm. It is very important that all horsemen and horsewomen affected by this change and Manalapan residents view the Redevelopment Plan listed below and please attend the meeting to have your voice heard.

The town of Manalapan has been quietly rezoning the farm into warehouse land. Today is the final vote and once it is approved it is understood that the Fisher Brothers will sell the farm.
