Yonkers has to cancel after one race Tuesday

Due to a deteriorating racing surface, Yonkers Raceway live harness racing was canceled after the first race Tuesday evening, February 8.

The lone race, a $16,500 Pace saw Makin Some Noise (Tyler Buter) cut the mile and then get caught at the wire by the pocket-sitting High St Corridor and driver Austin Siegleman in 1:55.2. Ivy Stud (Marcus Miller) was eight lengths back in third.
