Your HBNSW Committee, as are all State Breeding Bodies, in total disbelief that HRA are intending to push ahead with this unjust and undemocratic nationally opposed tax on our struggling Breeding industry!

The Committee of HBNSW have written to HRA on three separate occasions voicing our total opposition to this unacceptable revenue raising rip off that would adversely affect our Breeding Sector, the most recent being 10 February 2022, plus numerous follow up e-mails, to date NO response from HRA.

HRA have called a meeting scheduled for Friday the 22nd of April 2022 to “Discuss changes to the Stud Book”.

HBNSW will have a strong representation present at this meeting and will report back to our Members.

It would appear from our research HRA may not be held accountable for their flagrant disregard to the united opposition to this unjust tax !
