Lying In Cash staves off foes in Open Pace

Northville, MI — Lying In Cash (Aracache Hanover–Jokerslitlwhitelie) staved off a plethora of challengers to capture a repeat harness racing victory Friday night (May 6) in the $10,800 Open 1 Pace at Northville Downs in a 1:55.1 score.

While a blanket could have been thrown over the field at the head of the lane, Lying In Cash prevailed for career victory number 21. Lying In Cash is trained by Scott Galloway for owner Techia Lohmann.

Another impressive winner on the card was My Friend Mel (Rockin Amadeus–Age Of Consent) who scored in race six in wire-to-wire fashion in 1:56 by 3-3/4 lengths for driver Chris Presley and owner/trainer Judy Roegner.

Northville Downs will race its next live program Friday (May 13). First race post time remains 7:30 p.m. each race night.
