Marty Irby on Harness Racing Alumni Show

Marty Irby, a Washington DC top Lobbyist and the CEO of the Animal Wellness Action, returns as this week’s guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show.

Marty discusses with Freddie, Trade and Bob the HISA organization, whose thoroughbred safety rules went into effect on July 1st. He also tells us about the state of Texas not joining HISA and the huge effect that it has had on its July 2nd handle at Lone Star Park.

Irby also shares information about a new website that will be active on July 7th as a watchdog over HISA; It is, HISAwatchdog.org. All on this week’s broadcast.
