Ocean Downs will race on Thursday

Ocean City, MD – Despite the heat wave that is wracking the mid-Atlantic region, Ocean Downs is planning to race its 12-race harness racing card with a first race post time of 7:05 pm on Thursday night.

“Afternoon rain and thunderstorms are supposed to roll through the area” said director of racing Peter Szymanski, “and humidity levels are to fall accordingly”.

The two-year-old finals for the Go Get Lost trotting series and the two pacing finals of the Future Hope-both for fillies and colts- will be contested along with two divisions of the Marlin claiming series.
