Allan Davis scores five at Harrington

HARRINGTON, DE – Harrington Raceway’s leading harness racing driver Allan Davis had the hot hand on the Wednesday’s (Sep. 21) 15-race program, winning 5 races.

Davis won the 4th race with Paymaq ($13.20) before winning 4 races in a row from races 10-13 with Southwind Dredge ($7.60), Harry ($3), Capstone ($3) and Skyway Raptor ($4.20). Two of his wins were trained by his son Tyler.

With 12 programs remaining in the 2022 meet, Davis (89 wins) currently leads the driver standings over Art Stafford Jr. (81) and Montrell Teague (80).

Joe Columbo (49 wins) maintains a healthy lead in the trainer standings over Chuck Crissman Jr. (32) and Tyler Davis (25).

Stafford, Mike Cole, Trae Porter and Vic Kirby each had a driving double.

There will be a pick 5 carryover of $2,851.55 going into Monday’s card. The pick 5 starts in race 2 nightly.

Live racing will continue on a Monday through Wednesday schedule. Post time is 4:30 p.m. nightly.
