HARRINGTON, DE – Stephen Messick’s Misty Coast (Powerful Mist, $2.10, Art Stafford Jr.) was a 1:55.3 winner in the $100,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) 2-year-old pacing filly harness racing final at Harrington Raceway Tuesday (Oct. 11).
The filly controlled the pace throughout and was a comfortable 1-length winner over Direct Mist and Ezycure. Trained by Les Givens, Misty Coast notched her 4th straight win and improved to 5-for-7 in her career.
MISTY COAST REPLAY
The $20,000 2-year-old filly pace consolation was won by John Wagner’s Beingbadsomewhere ($3.20, Victor Kirby) in 1:58.4. The Badlands Hanover achieved her 1st career win in her 10th lifetime start.
BEINGBADSOMEWHERE REPLAY
In the overnight feature, A Delightful Act N ($13, Stafford Jr.) triumphed in the $50,000 Kathleen Cain in 1:53.3 over Cruzinforavictory and Feelin Sweet. The Josh Parker-trainee set most of the fractions in her 5th win of year.

Montrell Teague had 3 wins on the card. Ross Wolfenden, Victor Kirby, Mike Cole and Allan Davis each had a double.
