Lisa Lazarus and Alex Kraszewski on Harness Alumni Show

Lisa Lazarus, the Executive Director of the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority and Alex Kraszewski, Dover Downs’ PR Director, are this week’s guests on the Harness Racing Alumni Show.
