Enola (Resolve) and Talk Curdy To Me (Betterthancheddar) captured the finals of the Ontario-sired Harvest Series for two-year-old trotting and pacing fillies, respectively, on Monday (Oct. 31) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
Enola (Bob McClure) bolted out of the pocket down the lane and flipped the script on favoured leader Miss Expo (Sylvain Filion) to deny that rival a sweep and take the $43,000 trotting final in 1:58.4. Home From Away (Phil Hudon) finished third.
ENOLA REPLAY

Talk Curdy To Me (James MacDonald) swung three-wide on the homebound turn and surged to the front quickly, drawing clear in mid-stretch to win the $47,800 pacing final in 1:53.4. She held on by a length over the closing Charming Vixen (Jonathan Drury). Twin B Echo (Jody Jamieson) was third.
