Off at 1.8/1 odds the winner overcame a 40-meter handicap to secure his third win in nine 2022 starts and his 11th career win in 29 starts. The Boss won the 2021 edition of this race in 1.17.7kr. The previous race record was 1.17.4kr set by Villam Ville in 2018.
Casino Royale (4g Marengo) was second for Bruno Skenderoovic as he was handicapped 20 meters. Devoted (3m Maharajah) was third for Emil Csordas.
On the undercard the Veronica Fling DIJ (purse 700,000Huf, 1960 meters distance handicap) went to 1.16.8kkr timed and 2.4/1 odds Zitti Tutti (7f Napoleon-Isola dāArno-Coktail Jet) with Veljko Mazsity the trainer/driver.
